WHAT IS IT?

Meditative Flogging is an intense combination of meditation, touch and ritual flogging to create a powerful experience that will help you see yourself as a body of love.

Our practice is based on Yoga, Dionysian mystery cults and the mystic practices of Sufi.

Think of it as an intense massage with leather, rope, and birch wood.

We begin with a dedication, setting your intention. Then we move to a gentle rain of slaps and strokes, wave after wave.

WHY?

When you feel the madness of this world, this is a great way of getting back to seeing what you really are. You are a body that needs to feel its beauty.

How you feel about yourself is what you radiate out into the world.
